Les aléas de la course sont bien connus au Mans et 2023 n'a pas dérogé à la rêgle.
Le départ donné sur une piste très humide causera ainsi bien des frayeurs à l'équipage de la Cadillac n°311 puisque le pilote alors au volant perdra le contrôle de sa machine à la sortie de la première
chicane dans les tout premiers tours. Le choc important a fait exploser le capot avant, endommagé le crashbox et arraché la roue avant gauche. La voiture pourra rentrer à son stand et être réparée avant de reprendre
la piste pour de nouvelles aventures.
Le Mans is well know for its race hazards, and 2023 won't be an exception.
The start of the race was given under wet conditions and that gave some emotions to the team of the n°311 Cadillac. In fact the driver lost the car after the first chicane in the very firsts laps. The big crash exploded the front bonnet, damaged the crash box and
teared of the front left wheel. The car managed to come back to the pits and could be repaired. It was then sand back to the track for new adventures.
