Issu de l'équipe Speedy racing team Sebah, le Rebellion Racing engage deux Lola B10/60 équipées du V10 Judd modifié grace aux subsides du groupe Rebellion. Cette équipe s'annoncait come le challenger des Lola-Aston Martin mais la démonstration tourna vite au chemin de croix. Des sorties de pistes sur les deux voitures empêchèrent les pilotes de pleinement s'exprimer aux essais, laissant les Lola 12 et 13 aux 15^eme et 17^eme rang sur la grille, derrière la meilleure LMP2.
A part en début d'épreuve, la course fut une vraie déception pour le team incapable de concrétiser ses prétentions d'avant course. Dès 19 Heures, la litanie des problèmes commençait pour la n°12 : Freins, échappements, fuite d'huile, niveau d'eau et enfin blocage de la boite de vitesse définitif peu après la mi temps.
La Lola-Rebellion 13 de Boullion-Bellichi et Smith, malgré la perte d'un capot arrière en début de soirée, parvenait à se maintenir dans les 10 premiers quand, surpris par une panne de son éclairage en pleine nuit, Jean Christophe Boullion partait à la faute aux virages Ford, stoppant net la progression de sa voiture.
La rébellion était matée...

The Rebbelion Racing is the former Speedy racing team Sebah and entered two Lola B60/10 Powered by a modified Judd V10, named Rebbelion. The expectations of this team were high as they wish to be the outsiders of the official Aston Martin Racing Team, but the event quickly turn to a nightmare. Unsettled by accidents of their cars during the practice, drivers were unable to qualify better than 15^th and 17^th on the grid, behind the best of the LMP2 cars.
If the beginning of the race was mainly matching the expectations of the team, from 7 P.M. the litany of problems started for the car 12 : Breaks, exhausts, oil leak, water and eventually a conclusive gearbox problem just after the first half of the race.
Despite loosing its rear hood at dinner time, the race of Boullion-Bellichi-Smith on the Lola n°13 was constant and the car managed to be 10^th overall when, surprised by a failure of his lighting during the night, Jean Christophe Boullion makes a miss in the Ford chicane giving a final conclusion to the race of his car.
The Reb's have been put down...
